Today was the boat/float race from the harbor in San Sebastian to the beach. The reason people do it, as far as ive been told, is because of the fun.
A week long festival starting in San Sebastian today. Alot of cool stuff happening.
It’s been a while, but now im in spain, picking up the thread from when i was in italy. I dont know how it’ll work out yet. Im going to travel around spain a bit and see what i find. It’s one thing what you see on the news and another thing when you see it with your own eyes.
during my trip to Rome i stumbled over this movement that called them self “Dragon”. I spoke a lot with one of the demonstrators, Marzio, and in the end he invited me to join their movement and move in to a camp they had created in Piazza S. Croce in Gerusalemme. i spent nearly two weeks there occupying my own little square in a two man tent.

the Dragons, as they call them self, are warming up for the big international demonstration that will take place at via Repubblica on this saturday (15 October). It’s estimated that almost 150 000 people will join up outside piazza repubblica, so it will be interesting to see how it goes.
also a small update in the PICTURE section from the weekend.
